This camera is located at the Kenting Sea Observation Tower. The picture shows the coast and lowlands of the Hengchun peninsula, including the Pacific Ocean, Taiwan Straits, Frog Rock, and the Kenting landmarks Mt. Dajian.

Kenting is located on the Hengchun peninsula in Pingtung County at the southern tip of Taiwan. In this area the Kenting Forest Recreation Area is surrounded by jagged coral reefs and offers a wealth of scenic attractions, including the Immortal's Cave, Silver Dragon Cave, and the stalactites and stalagmites of Shihsun Cave. Other features include Yinye Bangen, Yisiantian, the observation tower, and Chueirong Valley.

Kenting Sea Observation Tower is 27 meters in height and has a diameter 18 meters. The circular restaurant on the 6th floor can seat 100 people and is equipped with an elevator. The top of the tower provides a stunning view of Eluanbi - Taiwan's southernmost point - the Bashi Channel to the south, the Pacific Ocean to the east, and the Taiwan Straits to the west. The island of Lanyu (Orchid Island) can often be seen dimly in the distance.
