Shihmen Reservoir
  Shihmen Reservoir has made an impressive contribution to the development of agriculture and industry in northern Taiwan. The reservoir is long and winding in shape. The beautiful mountains rising from the water attracts throngs of sightseers all year-round.

Yushan
  The Yushan Weather Station is located at an elevation of 3,850 meters on the north summit of Yushan, and is the highest weather station in Northeast Asia. The station was established in October 1943 in order to collect data on high altitude meteorological conditions. Conventional meteorological instruments have been replaced by automatic monitoring equipment in recent years, allowing weather forecasters to constantly obtain the most up-to-date information and make the most accurate possible forecasts.

National Palace Museum
  Artifacts at the National Palace Museum span almost the entire five millennia of Chinese history, and most were once in the Imperial Collection. Artifacts are classified as implements, paintings/calligraphy, and literature for display purposes. Implements include copper articles, ceramics, jade articles, enamel, and carvings. Paintings and calligraphy include famous paintings, diagrams, tablet inscriptions, fans, and embroidered textiles. Literature includes many works from China's vast corpus of classical literature. Artifacts on display in the museum are changed once every quarter, and special thematic exhibits are held frequently.

Houbi Lake
  Located in the Takuang Li area of Henchun, Houbi Lake Fishing Harbor is the outlet for cooling water from the Third Nuclear Power Plant. The fishing harbor was put under the control of the Kenting National Park Administration after its establishment in 1984, and the Administration established a recreational harbor in 1995 to promote tourism in conjunction with the existing fishing harbor.
